For those in the dark about TV Party and the Hitler puppet, I can't find the footage, but it was a chaotic TV show on public access cable in NYC from '78 to '82, hosted by Interview mag editor Glenn O'Brien, with Chris Stein from Blondie as the band leader. Hence "Have your party on TV" in Rapture
