Confirmed: Earlier this morning a photog overheard agents inside the parking garage say “dismissed,” believed to be calling off their planned mass raid. A source tells me they had planned for *hundreds* of agents to flood Canal St. They got flooded instead.

Who is this data for? What audience would be open to change their mind based on this data?
