Donald Trump spent his whole campaign saying he was going to release the Epstein files. Then, he called it a hoax. Now, the DOJ says it "found" a million new documents, but Trump said the investigation was over just last week. This Administration can't be trusted.

Our government failed Maria Farmer and so many other women. Ranking Member Garcia is asking the Inspector General of the DOJ to investigate why the FBI failed to act and stop Epstein when reported. We need justice.

The new documents that Congress has forced the Justice Department to release make one thing clear: We are witnessing a criminal White House cover-up.

The new DOJ documents raise serious questions about the relationship between Epstein and Donald Trump. And why are Epstein’s co-conspirators being protected? What else is the DOJ hiding? This is a White House cover-up and we are going to end it.

The Trump Administration claims to be transparent yet failed to release the full Epstein files by the deadline imposed by Congress. The DOJ is openly defying the law, and they will be held accountable.

@padilla.senate.gov asked five U.S. citizens who were illegally detained by ICE what they would say to this Administration. Their response? This America is NOT “great.”

On October 10th, 2025, Dayanne was assaulted and kidnapped by masked ICE agents. They gave no reason why. She is beyond brave for sharing her story and reliving her trauma, in hopes that someone will listen—that there will be change. Do not turn a blind eye to her pain.
