I only just started taking progress pics a few months ago, so here's August to mid-Dec 💪 Don't care about weight, just how my body feels and if my labs etc are coming back alright at the doc. Excited to continue seeing more definition in the next few months!

Late to the party, but, here's my Dec 2024 - Dec 2025. It's been a year of bulking - 97.6kg/215lbs to 113.5kg/150lbs. Next year, I want to be as proud of what I've done as I am focussed on what I've yet to achieve.
