Being depressed and then sick really shows the true colors of people who don't get my undivided attention while I struggle through my days I guess.

Felt good enough to workout. But it was cut short and not great because I felt good enough at 10am and the gym is cursed at that time on a Saturday. Never seen it that packed🥴

My new least favorite part about being sick is not being able to gym. Good that I'm excited to get back to it, I guess.

Considering every time I get even a slight cold it becomes a respiratory issue, I might ask my doc if I can get a referral to an ENT and see if there's something wrong here. It's getting very tiring feeling out of commission long after the "cold" has run its course.
