BREAKING: The full Ninth Circuit vacates last weekâs 2-1 order granting DOJ a stay of the district courtâs TRO in the case over Trumpâs National Guard effort in Oregon. The court will rehear DOJâs stay request w an 11-judge panel. Todayâs order means Judge Immergutâs TRO remains in effect for now.

Important to note that Congress has never passed any law giving the President authority to designate anything as a âdomestic terrorist organization.â As a result, this would appear to have no direct legal effect beyond acting as a statement of policy for the Executive Branch.

đŹThe Supreme Court will consider whether the intentional creation of a majority-minority congressional district violates the 14th or 15th Amendments. If the answer is yes, SCOTUS will effectively declare that what remains of the Voting Rights Act is unconstitutional. This is very, very ominous.
