TL;DR: For a high profile case about a Minneapolitan, with much to do about allegedly aggressive online comments on federal immigration agents in Minneapolis, it's striking the case was moved to Michigan on charges that also seem tied to just a handful of posts allegedly involving a Michigander.

Defense attorneys say law enforcement obtained "30 days" of camera images of Marimar Martinez's car all over Chicago. "They presumably wanted to be able to show her driving from the dynamite factory … to the suicide vest store." They say she was likely caught going to Target, instead.

Marimar Martinez's attorneys also take on claims that it would "sully" Border Patrol agent Charles Exum to release his text messages. Martinez's attorneys call it "a fully deserved self-imposed sullying."

After 6am this morning in Whittier, Minneapolis—FOUR BLOCKS from where Pretti was murdered. 18 agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) markings smashed an apartment window, ran in, and came out with one man.

Either because of the cold or public pressure, all but one of Sveum's runs while in Minneapolis-St. Paul were indoors. We could confirm he was there but not precisely where. He deleted or locked down his Strava account this past Sunday night.

TMZ's video shows both Sveum and Vazquez. Vazquez is seen wearing a hat with the letters "SS" and a skull mask. Sveum is on the right. In the video Vazquez approaches and appears to push the person recording.
