With just a few minor modifications we could easily make Seattle Center accessible to cars. It's frankly quite problematic that people can't just drive up to the International Fountain or the Mural Amphitheatre

So far not a single speaker opposing this bill has been able to cite a single policy that has been improved after a SEPA appeal. Lots of talk about tree retention and reducing heat islands. The only problem is SEPA doesn't help with any of that.
