Last week, I joined community members in West Seattle for the Peace For All Rally on the United Nations' International Day of Peace. This was a reminder of our shared responsibility to reject hate and strengthen unity across our city, nation, and world.

Trump’s actions in Portland are distinctly un-American, and we must speak up against this egregious abuse of power. We stand united with Attorney General Nick Brown and other City leaders with a clear message to President Trump: stay out of Seattle.
