I always hear about how the Rainier bus lanes are always empty. Let’s fill em up with buses. This supercharged Route 48 plus all day Route 9 and Rainier Ave S could be one of the best transit corridors in the country.

I went from Beacon Hill to Greenwood today for a friends birthday and it took me 45+ minutes each way…. This is why I don’t go to North Seattle very much.

I went to Little Italy Seattle in Pioneer Square today for a language learning lunch and aperitivo. Food was great, and it was really fun getting to engage in Italian conversation with others.

Interesting to me that the phenomenon of Seattle townhomes being tall with small floor plates seems like something that is *very* common in the old, smaller Italian towns while not being nearly as common in bigger Italian cities.
