Please ask your MP why @educationgovuk withdrew subject knowledge enhancement grants for RE when 27% of religious education 2024/5 recruits secured a place on condition of that grant? RE missed the target by 22% so surely no grant means fewer recruits? @NATREupdate @bphillipsonMP

One of the unexpectedly interesting podcasts I’ve started listening to in the past few months is Biblical Time Machine. Each episode looks at a biblical topic from a historical viewpoint. This week is circumcision! (And the excellent question: Why not do a symbolic hair cut instead?)
