I've had some, limited, experience with employment tribunal judgments and judges working under considerable time pressure to write lengthy and detailed judgments often make clumsy errors of spelling, transcription and so on. That's axiomatically more likely true in the case of 300+ page judgments.

None of us who watched as the BBC tried to explain away as normal Boris Johnson's attempted Parliamentary coup in 2019 will be remotely surprised at its unprincipled attacks on a minoritised group and any Judge who has the temerity to find it has rights under the Equality Act.

We can only hope that she actually understands the terms ‘Equality’ and ‘Human Rights’ which eluded her predecessor.

So Stephenson talks about; "Compassion, honesty, dedication, collaboration, dignity, fairness." So stand by for, cruelty, dishonesty, incompetence, obsceneness, & unfairness. The "collaboration" bit will remain but only with transphobes.
