Anyone who sees any stage of the creative process as some tedious obstacle to circumvent doesn't value creating art as well as they should. Even the horrible parts like burn out and creative blocks must be embraced and endured. Pressing a button and getting a finished product is pathetically hollow.

Lyricists usually only deliberately botch a rhyme to make a line funnier or more memorable once, or at least can get away with it once. Not Joel Plaskett or Neil Fallon of Clutch; they get a free pass every time.
