None of the money is gonna go to the consumers, the ones who paid the most of these tariffs, by the way.
The best thing a Nintendo win would do here is pressure the US Gov. into cutting the tariffs entirely (good!) but don't expect a full recovery. The money stolen from us will still be gone.
