There’s a Reddit community for PlusLife that’s really helpful for interpreting results. I use the virus sucks app, and I swab throat/cheeks, then nose like I do for RATs, no idea if that’s best practice or not.

Also the general standard is test every 12 hours unless isolating. When my husband has a dental appointment, (he has lots) he isolated two days to save on tests, then tests am for two days and sleeps isolated. On those two test days with negative results we are unmasked together.

We do four days from potential exposure. Would do longer if symptomatic. I use the virus.sicks app so I can see the graphs rather than just the machine's lights. We only do nose because no one seems to want to do throat or my husband, son, his wife and baby. If not using the app I'd do throat.
