7/ I'll end for now with... THIS IS NOT JUST ABOUT NIH GRANTS!!! The underlying ruling concerns NSF, EPA, CDC, NEH, Dept of Ed, etc. In fact, today's ruling was essentially part 2 to SCOTUS's earlier ruling for Dept of Ed, back in April. So, this will hang over the heads of many ongoing suits.
