Have just had a specialist confirm the dx that I chased after a lot of claude-assisted medical lit review, using the differential dx + evidence guardrail protocols I built for using claude for my own health. I had months of misdiagnosis & was convinced key evidence was being dismissed. It was.

I just read a paper proposing that we use heart rate variability measured from developers as they're coding to create a detection flag for code quality issues. This is so theoretically and practically preposterous I have to ask myself if such things are a joke

I'm glad to see this being covered - because, frankly, this is a death-blow to collaborative science - however, the assumption of good faith in any of these decisions by reporters is mind-boggling. This is happening for one reason - to assure top-down control of what gets funded and what does not.

I'm not going to comment on the quality of this analysis, but if you are against the analysis of health data, idk what to tell you. They process text in clinical notes as the LLM part. They test a bunch of ML models to select the best one. Do you want prediction techniques in healthcare or not
