Honestly, a lot of very sensitive, creative people get into art because they hope that it will bring them friendship or validation or praise. Don't ever do this.

If you're gonna make a TTRPG that has some sort of mortality, alignment, ethos chart for players to pick from then it needs to be mechanically relevant in your game. If not what's it even doing there? It's useless flavor no one needs. You made a choice your character deals with those consequences.
