I figured it out! My Clipper 1 password didn't meet the new Clipper 2 password rules since I used special characters that weren't in their new whitelist 😞 The fix is to go directly to www.clippercard.com/forgot-passw... and reset your password. It takes about 5mins for the email to arrive.

Clipper 2.0 status: updated the Android app and the cards are gone and it's generally busted. Watch this space for more Clipper 2.0 news.
