"They're not coming for LGBTQ+ associations though!" Yes, they are, the EHRC interim guidance bans the freedom of association to LGBTQ+ groups who are trans inclusive, threatening them with legal action for discrimination if they do so.

All of these are things already being threatened under the EHRC interim guidance which is now in the hands of the Labour Government, who look set to approve it. Youth healthcare bans and athletic bans are already in place.
