To be really clear, Sussex ICB threatened, in writing, to close a Brighton GP practice serving 25,000 patients, purely to bully them into passing over child records. The GP did not want to pass on these records, because they understood the acute risk (& reality) of harm to trans adolescents.

My son is on blockers legally from before the ban and we did everything they told us to do and now we are being threatened with social services if we don't allow them to "safely withdraw" medication. They admit that the impact will be "stark" for our kids but they are going to do it anyway.

They are forcibly de-transitioning trans children/adolescents. Those most severely impacted are aged 11-15. The risk to this group is very high, and NHS England/NHS Sussex know this. They don't care at all about the safety or well-being of trans under 18s.

NHS Sussex are forcibly detransitioning trans people. These patients need full restoration of their healthcare, and everyone involved in doing this needs to be sacked.

I'm hearing, anecdotally via service users, that the new children's gender clinics have some very high staff turnover even in their first 18 months of existence. Families have an appointment and a clinician leaves before they have their second.

Because it’s cis kids. The NHS will quite casually give cis kids whatever treatment they need, even PBs👇 No trials. No concerns about side effects. No moral panic.

If passed, this would place most of the US in the same position that *all* of the UK has been in since 2021 or so. This is why trans people don't listen to twerps who say 'vote Labour or else you'll get Reform'. We are already getting full Trump/Reform policies from a Labour government.

This year really is proving to be harder than ever for trans kids. So many feel the world has given up on them. Things like this can make a small difference, showing they aren't completely hated and on their own.

Another example of the harms of the NHS & UK government taking a scientifically illiterate approach to 'sex matters': In emergency care trans people accessing HRT need to have heart monitoring in line with their lived gender, cos HRT has an impact.

This Labour government has made children like Brianna less safe. • Has banned their healthcare. • Reinstated a new version of section 28. • Joined culture war attacks based on lies about trans people. Either you do something about that or it’s time to take her name out of your mouth.

Every day I hear more stories of how UK schools are actively harming trans kids. It was always variable. It got worse post Cass. It is now getting so much worse post EHRC. It is so bloody simple to support trans kids in schools - they are actively working hard to cause this much harm.
