It still confuses me that lots of people prefer the Bone Temple to 28 Years Later. It is still a really good film but the most interesting and pointy and weird things are sanded off. The first one is a genuine masterpiece. The definitive Brexit text. The second one is just a really good horror film.

Watching an X-Files episode attempting some truly uncanny Irish and English accents and it might be the scariest the show has been so far.

I'm deeply fascinated by the Mario anniversaries, and this was a lovely deep dive. Personally loved the 35th anniversary, even though they made some boneheaded decisions in retrospect. (Release Mario 35 as a full game and add other game types, you cowards!) Can't wait to finish this ep later today!

Like Tangle Tower before it, the characters in The Mermaid Mask all have 'chibis' that are used on the map screen, diagrams, etc. But since I learned some rudimentary 3D modelling during Crow Country, I was also able to make 3D versions of the chibis, which ended up being incredibly useful...

I bought the first one for a child in my life and he LOVED GO-MAN. If you're looking for a gift for a niece or nephew, friend's kids, etc. you really should consider picking up GO-MAN and pre-ordering the sequel. Genuinely one of my biggest recommendations since SPARKS!
