Girlguiding UK say trans kid blanket exclusion was not "due" to 'safeguarding concerns'. The Trans Exile Network last week raised thr concern, not that this was "due to safeguarding concerns" but rather that it is being pursued *without proper regard to such concerns* for all affected by the ban.

Baroness Falkner questions “veracity” of a judge’s judgment. In a possibly unique statement the immediate former chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission Baroness Falkner is reported by the BBC as having questioned the ‘veracity’ of the Judgment of the Judge in Peggie v Fife and Upton.

TEN sends open letter to Women's Institute over its new Gender Critical Ideology. It mentions Peggie v Fife (eg the findings that Dr Upton was the one harassed, it was correct not to exclude her, that a trans woman poses no more threat to a cis woman than a cis woman does). Attached.
