Just realized how many lawyers they're going to need in the US Court of International trade, it's going to be fishing with dynamite for plaintiffs seeking to recoup tariffs paid IMO. Say it with me now, they have run out of lawyers.

Also, if I can get a bit spicy here, I think that a lot of peopleâs panic about AI replacing them is based on their sublimated belief that their job is bullshit. Itâs an imposter syndrome thing in a lot of ways.

Second half: I'm embracing entropy. I'm cheering for horror. I don't care anymore. Final score 9-0. 61 total yards of offense. Relentless exchange of punts from the 20-yard line. Every ad a Dunkin' Donuts commercial that's the worst thing you've ever seen in your life

2026 will be a "fire horse" year. According to Wikipedia, 'a woman born in the year of the fire horse has a strong temperament and shortens her husband's life'. Birth certificates were sometimes altered to avoid the unlucky year, giving the illusion of large drops

It's frankly mind-boggling that we've only had 11 murders in Philadelphia so far this year. At this point last yearâthe year with the lowest murder rate in 60 yearsâthere were 21 murders. In 2021 we'd already had 52! The mayor, the tourism bureaus, everyone should be talking about this non-stop.

Jeff Bezos' wedding last summer cost somewhere around $50M. That, alone, could have saved all 300 positions cut today at The Washington Post for a year. Of course, he wouldn't have to choose. He could do both because he's worth $250B, which is nearly the GDP of New Zealand.
