For me, my main frustration is that the MCU has stopped making movies that are about something, and just makes movies where stuff happens. Sometimes that stuff is cool, sometimes that stuff is moving. But what are these movies actually about? What's the meaning? Where's the allegory?

It took me too long to realize this, but Sam Neill had the kind of career lots of people (in any field) aspire to. The guy did *everything* with enthusiasm, no matter the project or budget. It's sad when a great artist dies, even more so when they seemed like a good person who enjoyed life.
