I get to see Clipping and Open Mike Eagle play tonight, so today already feels like Christmas.

I know making chili with no recipe is something a goofy dude I would've regretted dating in college would do, and not a thing to be proud of. But I've made turkey chili for seven years, never the same way twice, and I've only missed once. I think I can actually be proud of my Chili Witch skills.

ICE spotted in Lawrence at the Iowa st. Burger King around 9:10 this morning. Reports I've heard so far (from my dad, who does immigration resettlement work locally) is 3-5 cars, 3 arrests made this morning. Please share if you're able and be careful out there.
