I've been asked a few times what FTL in the @thestarsaredestiny.com universe looks like. In short, if you are familiar with Elite: Dangerous, it is similar to Witch-space. The main difference is hyperspace is embedded WITHIN real space, so a traveler is entering a tendril or vein, not an aperture.

From The Ashes, the last Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora (2023) update, is now available. The story takes place in the context of Avatar 3: Fire and Ash. I like this take on transmedia. It's a shame it's coming out just before the holidays, as I won't be able to play it until January. 🥲

I'm taking advantage of this last moment before everyone rejoins their families (or not) to say that despite all the horror that was 2025, it was my best year on social media since before Covid. Here, most people behave as if we were in the real world, not weird trolls, and I really appreciate that.
