Modern Times Cafe in south Minneapolis is changing its name and its business model for as long as ICE remains in Minneapolis. Effective immediately, the cafe will operate as Post Modern Times and will be shifting to a free and donation-based structure.

I came to Minneapolis to report on what's going on, and one of the main questions I showed up with is "just what is the scale of the resistance?" After all, we're all used to the news calling Portland a "war zone" or whatever when it's just some protests in one part of town.

This is even more delightful than I thought. It was going to turn out. Fishing my stuff out to participate in this was totally worth it, and the censored version is fantastic, too! Proceeds from this release go to mutual aid orgs in Minneapolis!
