At my great-uncle’s 90th birthday celebration last year, there was a shoe box of pins of all sizes that we all could rummage through and take. This was one of them I saw and nabbed. It’s been resting on our dresser for a while.

I dreamed that I attended a Hanif Abdurraqib reading. There was a book at the podium for open mic signups. He was standing there and gave me a thumbs up, saying there was one more spot left. Q-Tip was emceeing as Hanif did some of his reading. Sadly, I woke up before the open mic started.
