Covid has been such a massive failure of public heath, among other things. This virus is still disabling and killing people and so many people think it became magically milder in 2022.

It is dangerous for the National Guard to be deployed in residential areas — for people here, for Guard members themselves, and for the communities back home which they are supposed to serve. Armored tactical vehicles should not be on city streets.
