Very very good explainer for everyone's questions $2000 would change all of our lives. It's barely a drop for people earning millions every year. It's a no brainer

it cannot be overstated: the current crop of CEOs/executives are very, very stupid i don't even mean that it's a morally fucked thing to say (it is) but long-term security is how you gain competitive advantages. you are fucking bad at business if you cannot retain talent for more than a few years

RIP Gerry Conway. His Spider-Man stories were among the first comics I ever read as a kid (via MARVEL TALES reprints), and his CINDER & ASHE mini was the first “mature readers” comic I ever bought.

I can only repeat that "confrontration therapy" is not something laypeople should just inflict on others, and it doesn't actually mean repeatedly forcing other people to do things you believe they should enjoy/put up with. You're just teaching them to shut down and it's incredibly hard to unlearn.

Here is the audition drawing of Michael Keaton as Batman, drawn in early February of 1989, to secure a blanket “likeness approval” so each page did not have to be submitted to the actor’s reps for a go-ahead.
