it’s totally antithesis to progress but today my therapist complimented all my 2026 goals and steps breakdown so of course my goblin brain went “aww yeah, I’m getting an A+ in therapy 😎👍”

All these insufferable years of internet discourse might be a symptom of the larger problem of “shit’s bad” and I need people to recognize that they are lashing out at dumb shit that doesn’t matter on the internet because they feel powerless so they should do something about that… offline.
