Man…let’s remember when the studios were asking black creatives to be more involved and wanted to reach out back in 2020 after the Floyd case and had all the promises in the world of “we want more black voices” but to only ghost people from communications to ghosting on test opportunities.

Honestly why I’m an advocate of those to pursuit anything outside of the American animation market (commissions-self employment, simple 9-5, trades, etc) animation is kinda in a weird place and at this point you have to sustain yourself but also doing what you need to survive and fulfill your needs
