Neat trick if you polycolonal ab's suck. Incubate them with fixed cells with a KO of your protein of interest, then spin. Protocol here:

Whether or not you agree with his policies (which I largely do!), it's clear from every second of every communication he's put out, in every medium, that he genuinely loves NYC and wants to make it the best city it can be. He doesn't have ulterior motives: that's his laser focus.
