I’ve been working toward something I need to share. I’ve been sitting with it for a while, and I wasn’t sure how to begin. Here’s the truth. I’m raising funds for a $52k medically necessary treatment. I’ve lived with chronic pain for 25 years due to an autoimmune neurological condition.

Been going back and forth with myself on how to approach this. I've built the "thing" now I'm scared no one will...see me. But, honestly, I don’t know what else to do at this point. I have to fight and advocate unapologetically for my own healthcare and quality of life at this point.

D.C.’s biggest bully just pulled up to the Supreme Court to try to intimidate the justices into ending birthright citizenship. No sitting president has ever attended oral arguments — but this one thinks the Constitution is optional and that the Court must bow down to him.

I don’t know how to move through this without trying to make it better for others. It’s annoying as hell. I wish I could pretend not to see the world for what it is. It would be easier. But I’ve come to accept that I’m not interested in becoming less human to make this easier to live with.
