Note the reference to a “real agreement“ that was “reached”. The problem is that unless each party agrees, then there is not an agreement. It is not for one party to unilaterally assert what was in some “real” agreement. There is never a “real” agreement separate to what each party agreed.

That it comes mostly from Reform voters means it probably isn't just 'noise' from an additional option but the chances of both Reform and Restore having candidates everywhere seem low (at the moment - Reform standing everywhere also seemed unlikely this far out from the last election).
