"I don't think people realise how extreme it is" says everything you need to know about how out of touch and feckless these fuckwits are. They think just because they're morons everyone else must be too. They're just too stupid to realise how stupid they are

There were parents in the degree my son took who came into complain to the lecturers that they were being mean to their kid. It sounds similar, like a lot of blokes he has been so cosseted, so helicoptered over, his opinions and reckons unchallenged, that he can’t adult.

This National Party attack ad is stupid - they can't even focus on a job without resorting to "blame Labour". BTW Global inflation was 9-10% during Covid. NZ did much better than most. And Labour saved 20,000 lives. National's debt is tracking to $120b ($100b w pay equity) without a crisis.

The NZ Govt just spent the last two years introducing policies to make NZ more dependent on fossil fuels, and proudly overturning policies that were reducing our dependence on fossil fuels. Now they have some Mickey Mouse national fuel plan. What a joke.

This is performative “lending” as charge net is 65% owned by Genesis which is 51% owned by the government. And Meridian is also 51%owned by the government. The government is essentially loaning themselves money. This is NOT a private sector initiative! This IS the govt pretending!
