This is outrageous. Judge Boasberg’s order went against government agencies which were in the US, and which were in direct contact with the plane. He must hold them in contempt of court.

I fear this will end with a judge getting murdered; that amber-hued asscat will absolutely play it as “they shouldn’t have ruled against me”/“they brought it on themselves” somehow, and that pathetic excuse of a network will get away with this behavior yet again.

A federal court’s jurisdiction does *not* stop at the water’s edge. The question is whether the *defendants* are subject to the court order, not *where* the conduct being challenged takes place. Were it otherwise, the government could act lawlessly overseas and courts would be powerless to stop it.
