I can't speak for anyone else, and maybe I'm tiny bit biased, but the "don't do a bigotry" trainings were by far the most tolerable ones for me

There were a couple meetings I had to go to and some mandatory training. In the big scheme of things it was like 2-3 hours per years. The way you hear folks talk about this, DEI training was like 30% of the time at work.

That’s wild cause Black people were just trying to go to work without dealing with racism, sorry you had to endure that tho
