A western meadowlark yesterday at Montrose Point Bird Sanctuary. First time I've ever seen this species! It's hard to distinguish from an eastern meadowlark, but other birders ID'ed this one as the western species.

This is the SECOND major defeat for Meta in as many days. Yesterday, a jury in NM found that Meta had enable child abuse, including child sexual abuse. Today, a jury in CA found that Meta and Google enabled social media addiction. The combined impact of these two trials is a landmark moment.
