Due to a recent injury, I can't do much with my right arm without severe pain. It's making planning my upcoming university assignment really difficult, as I am having to take breaks between typing and writing that are 3/4 times longer than I usually would, and I can't crochet in the meantime🙃

I love when people are like “this isn’t an autism thing, this is just a human trait” as if autistic folks are what? Ferrets?

I have 3 accommodations at university, and none of them are ever upheld by the tutors🙃 The one that really gets me, though, is that I am supposed to get reading materials early. I had one tutor the other day who refused to email me a copy of their powerpoint slides...

Something that’s hard to come to terms with is that I can’t do as much as I want to due to permanently needing to avoid burnout.

Unfortunately I was sitting here and I thought to myself “we should try to bring back the dinosaurs” and then I remembered that very famous series of movies warning against doing that.

Restricting disability benefits kills disabled people. So if you’re advocating that we make the system harsher, harder, more inaccessible, less “generous”… You’re advocating for killing disabled people.
