Does anyone else get kind of embarrased when trying to review older films or games? Whenever I finish something that's more than a couple months old I just feel like my opinion will be invalidated unless I have really deep insight into what I did and didn't enjoy.

Everytime I think about or see this scene I'm always in awe of how perfectly they were able to write a believable version of the way you perceive an ex who was far from perfect as a literal God who didn't deserve you. It hits incredibly close to home if you've been there before.

Drinking a monster at 9pm when you skipped the last 2 meals is as good of a choice as deciding to wear a choker made out of barbed wire. I am not the sort of woman to make good choices.

I get an incredible amount of emotional fucking whiplash to go from the shitshow that is The Boys season 5 to Invincible having its best written episode since the season 1 finale.

I shit you not The Boys season 5 has a scene where a right wing strawman and a left wing strawman are about to fight and then a centrist "good cop" character talks them down from fighting. Fuck this show. ACAB.
