Today I had the biggest panic attack I've had in YEARS bc my phone died and I was waiting for a friend to pick me up but she wasn't understanding me when I was telling her where I was and I didn't know what to do and how or if she would find me and I just lost it. Crying, hyperventilating, etc.

Temperature too wrong, emotions to annoying to sleep. Scrolling for memes etc. Cats used litter box and could only smell their terrible 💩. Smell eventually replaced by skunk who must've sprayed outside, forcing me to close window, use ac. I'm so cranky about all of this
