1/ Just so we are clear, the Judge is saying trans women never had the right to use female changing rooms. So in 1994, trans women with a GRC could NOT be excluded for a job with intimate care by virtue of a GOQ. Its impossible that she had the right to do that but not to use the changing rooms.
