Absolutely. There are any number of human artists out there who would love to draw a cover of a book. Take, for example, my book. I paid an artist (Lalou Lauzon, sadly not on Bluesky yet), superimposed some text and a logo cobbled together from clipart, and had commercial art. It's just that easy.
