When we moved to San José for 5 years, I was struck by how many more neighborhood ice cream trucks there were than in DC. Barely seen any in Trinidad since we moved back, but this year there has been a marked uptick in ice cream trucks. This is very good! Good neighborhoods have ice cream trucks!
