The difference between Amtrak vs. buses and planes is they give no rationale or accountability for delays. I love Amtrak generally, but as a comms person I hate this kinda thing. The bus I took up was delayed by a car fire in a tunnel and had to stop at a weigh station, but only 2 min late arrival.
