Ingesting this smelly pedophile's every word live for a decade can't be good for your brain. I read summaries, and I'm still hyper-aware that he sucks, stinks, and srapes.

I wrote about how there are no pure platforms or publishers and how there are very few ethical media diets. Which leaves those of us who know we can’t consume ethically but still want to try, left to navigate what feels right, or, at least, less bad.

As an aside: the most influential Dem consultants all believe the best electoral strategy is to adopt a hostile posture towards the Dem base in the hopes that might convince this person to vote for Dems. They get really mad if you say that won't do anything except depress lean-Dem turnout.

Thousands of institutions abandoned programs, ended or rewrote scholarships, closed down clubs and publications, all in pre-emptive compliance. And you know why? Mostly because they wanted to do it if they thought they could blame someone else for it.

Every so often there's a story about polling that breaks through as though it is some immutable insight into fixed values, rather than a reflection of what people with power and influence are willing and unwilling to push for. The answer is not abandoning policy but doing politics in defense of it.
