Watertown High School is the first public high school in the country to pilot technology that can basically "pause" student phones during class. Students tap in when they enter class and their phones temporarily lose access to texting, social media, and other distracting apps.

Boston lost a hero last night. Firefighter Robert “Bobby” Kilduff Jr., a 24-year veteran of the Boston Fire Department, third-generation firefighter, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and father, has passed away. Officials said his actions helped ensure every resident made it out safely.
