Not to be dramatic, but changing the height of someone's seat in the office and then not putting it back should carry a life sentence.

My house is Victorian and on a main road so doesn't have parking outside, which frequently gets complaints from delivery drivers as if I personally designed it that way, but the guy who just moaned while dropping off funeral flowers was a noteworthy case.
